This event will launch a regional white paper conducted by the Governance and Innovation Program at MBRSG in partnership with Bayt.com. The white paper will discuss current trends in internet in the region, including usage trends of electronic government, consumption habits and social media and mobile usage. The white paper is based on a survey answered by nearly 3,000 people around the region and explores the ways in which Arab societies are using the internet and their attitudes towards online communications.
The launch will be followed by a panel discussion with:
