Engy Shibl is an Associate Researcher in the MBRSG with a focus on education and social policy. Engy's work has revolved around issues related to youth inclusion, education and employment. She has worked on research projects related to STEM and STEAM education policy in the UAE as well as employment challenges in remote and rural areas. Engy also organizes the research seminar series at the school.

Engy received her BBA from Heriot Watt University Dubai in 2014.
