Dr. Ali Sebaa AlMarri is considered as one of the young leaderships in the Government of Dubai, who could combine the academic achievement and the practical experience, as he has earned the Doctorate Degree in Leadership & Strategy for an empirical study on a number of Government entities in the Government of Dubai, and managed through his gradual progress in a number of managerial positions in Dubai Police, to adapt the scientific theories to serve the actual status of the Government performance. Dr. Ali has started off from a legal background by obtaining the Bachelor's Degree in Law and Police Sciences from Dubai Police Academy in the year 2000, and has completed the  Master's Degree in Law from the same College in the year 2003, then moved to specialization in  Public Administration, as a result of his work at the Department of Strategic Planning and his desire to combine the Academic Specialization with Job Career, where he got the Doctorate Degree in the specialization of Leadership and Strategy from Bradford University, UK, 2010. In addition to obtaining a number of administrative certificates as a Certified Manager of the six sigma quality, project management, process improvement and strategy development. He also contributed in an effective manner in the development of human resource at Dubai Police, through the preparation and implementation of a number of training programs in the specializations of: strategic management, modern leadership, and Total Quality Management (TQM), in addition to his membership of the Faculty of Dubai Police Academy as a lecturer of Total Quality Management (TQM) in Bachelor and Post-Graduate studies. He has many contributions in building and developing strategies at Dubai Police, in addition to the membership of committees and teams' work specialized in improving the mechanisms and systems of work such as: the chairmanship of the rewords and Incentives Commission for law enforcement bodies, and membership of the teams participating in Dubai Government Excellence program. Dr. Ali has won SHAIKH RASHID AWARD FOR ACADEMIC EXCELLENCE for the year 2012 and THE BEST PAPER AWARD from 4th Annual Scottish Doctoral Management Conference, University of St Andrews in 2008. In addition to that, Dr. Al Marri was granted many badges of appreciation and certificates of thanks and praise from Dubai Police.
