Dr. Ahmad Tahlak


With more than 30 years of experience in the fields of talent development, HR development, management consultancy, customer service, organization excellence, and contact centers development; Dr. Tahlak is considered a Lead Expert and Customer Service thought Leader. 

Dr. Tahlak graduated from University of Arizona (1989),USA, majoring in Business Administration & Management Information System. He continued his education while working to achieve MBA in Marketing (2008) and PHD in Strategies and Techniques for Stimulating growth and enhancing customer satisfaction to manage customer relations (2012). He also holds a Diploma in Airline Management (1994) from IATA, Geneva and Call Center Management Certification (1997) from San Diego, USA.

His career path started by working with Emirates Airline in 1990 for 14 years holding different management positions including Manager Reservations, Call Center, CRM, and Quality Control. As result of excellent achievements he was awarded twice as Call Center Manger of the year in 2002 and 2003 by the largest Call Center Association in the world ICCM in Chicago, USA.
Pursuing his vision he started his  own company as an entrepreneur in 2004, The Teleservices Company, where he worked on the largest HR development and Corporate Culture change in the region for Saudi Telecom, KSA. Training and developing 8,500 employees from top level to front lines and back office. He also worked on several projects in UAE, Oman, Kuwait, and Lebanon. As a result he was awarded by His Highness Sheik Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai “Entrepreneur of the year  Award 2004” and “Best Consulting Company Award for 2004”. 

In 2005, Dr. Tahlak was appointed as CEO of Emirates Marketing & Promotions, a subsidiary of Emirates Post, and achieved Dubai Quality Award in 2009. During his career, Dr. Tahlak trained, coached, and developed thousands of employees at different levels in wide range of industries and organizations in UAE and GCC countries.
