A young leader at the Dubai Police GHQ, he holds a PhD in law from the Faculty of Law at University of Leeds, UK. He has more than 24 years’ experience in management.
Dr. Saleh Rashid al Hamrani is an ESCWA certified trainer of trainers for public sector leaders. He is a certified internal assessor at the Dubai Government Excellence Program. He is also a certified trainer for many government entities, a certified international trainer for several programs such as the The Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument, SCAMPER program for creative thinking, and the multiple intelligences program. He is a member in several local and international associations and institutions. Also a member of the consultative committee for the Dubai Appreciation Award for Community Services, the Zayed International Prize for the Environment, and an academic member of the European Corporate Governance Institute, American Association for Strategic Planning, and the UAE football association panel of referees.
He is the recipient of the Kaplan-Norton Certification, Balanced Scorecard Strategy Execution Master Class,a certified auditor of the integrated management system (OHSAS 18001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001) by French Bureau Veritas,a recipient of the bronze benchmarking certification from the Global Benchmarking Network and a Black Belt – Six Sigma recipient from the Harrington Institute in the US and the Middle East.
