With 8 years of experience in the area of Government Excellence and Organizational development, Farah is a Certified EFQM Assessor, a Certified Internal Auditor (ICXS – International Customer Experience Standard), and a Certified Assessor for the EFQM Innovation Framework 2019 – the first of its kind in the area.  Farah is specialized in the national and international Government Excellence Awards, 7 Stars Services, Customer Experience & service management Strategy, Customer Journey, and other related fields in the area of services development (Dubai The Model Centre) and other Organizational Excellence (Human Resources, Governance, Performance Management, Innovation, Knowledge Management, etc.). 

Farah is currently working in the Business Development and Excellence in DEWA since 2013, leading, managing and implementing several successful projects, which contributed in awarding DEWA many National, Regional, and International Excellence Awards i.e. DGEP 4th generation system projects, EFQM Global Excellence Award, Happiness Centres Global Star Rating & ICSX project and Building Excellence Culture projects. Earlier to that, Farah worked as an auditor in the area of Human Resources Capabilities Building and was one of the members of the team working under UNRWA and Swiss Agents / Canadian Agents joint projects in Lebanon.

Farah holds a Master’s degree in Management from Arts, Science, and Technology University in Lebanon, and a Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems. She also participated in several volunteering activities.
