He is one of the UAE national pioneers seeking to spread the culture of Quality Management and Organizational Excellence in the public and private sectors. Since 2004, he has been a certified Senior Assessor by the European Foundation for Quality Management (EFQM). Mohamed has participated in assessing many institutions in both the private and government sector for the Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) and the Abu Dhabi Award for Excellence in Government Performance (ADAEP).

During his previous role as Senior Associate at the Office of Strategic Affairs at the Crown Prince Court in Abu Dhabi, he contributed in several strategic and improvement projects such as developing a strategic plan, establishing an internal communication unit and formulating corporate identity procedures.
He is one of the professionals concerned with improving the status and professionalism of procurement in the MENA region through his 18 years of practical experience and his active collaboration with the most respected institutes in this field, the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).

He holds a Master of Science degree in Project Management from the British University in Dubai and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Arizona, USA. He holds an Applied Diploma in Leadership Excellence from Judge Business School at Cambridge University and attended various executive education programs at prestigious universities such as Oxford, Pennsylvania and INSEAD.
He is an active member of the Young Arab Leaders association (YAL), which provides support and consultancy to young entrepreneurs in the Middle East and North Africa.
