Eng. Wissam is a Certified Management Consultant from the Institute of Consulting in UK, and has more than 16 years of experience in consulting in both the public and private sectors.
 
His current position now is a resident Management Consultant at ECGK, leading and delivering Organizational Development, Governance and Strategy Projects for ECGK clients from different Government Entities.
 
He has a deep knowledge in organizational development, human resources, governance, change management, strategy and institutional performance. He managed and delivered several projects in the private and public sectors in the UAE, KSA,  Bahrain, and Jordan.

Wissam holds a Master’s in Business Administration from New York University, and a Bachelor degree in Mechatronics Engineering from the Jordan University of Science and Technology.

During his previous role as a Consultant in the Governance Department at the Dubai Government Executive Council for around 5 years, he developed the Organizational Design Guidebook for Government of Dubai, which is a guiding tool to all government entities in the fields of organizational development and governance.

During his work as Human Capital Consulting Manager in Deloitte for more than 5 years, he received the Deloitte Leadership Growth Award for his unique contribution in providing advanced services in HR development, and for his achievements in the Middle East.

Wissam managed and delivered several training sessions and workshops namely on organizational structures and HR management. Additionally, he attended many seminars and conferences in the UAE and abroad on organizational development, governance, scenario planning, public policy making, change management, and leaders’ emotional intelligence.
