From pre-program preparation to post-program follow-up, this approach facilitates an ongoing relationship with participants to provide them with the support they need to achieve real impact. Each program has its own set of deliverables depending on the language (Arabic/English) agreed between Client and MBRSG.
Each customized program is designed as a collaborative effort bringing together MBRSG faculty and staff with representatives from client institutions. Our unique diagnostic framework utilizes advanced assessment techniques to help measure organizational strengths and needs, enabling us to tailor the right program design.
The Office of His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of Dubai Executive Council, signed a partnership agreement with Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG to develop and execute a Leadership Program for the Office of His Highness the Crown Prince.

The program was implemented on 4 stages at the MBRSG.

The financial initiative Maleyoun was initiated by the Department of Finance for the upgrade of government performance in the area of financial management. The new initiative came in light of instructions from His Highness Sheikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai to launch a series of initiatives to promote the innovation, excellence and loyalty of government employees.

The Policymaking Capacity Building Program designed by the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government and the Executive Council of Dubai Government aimed at enhancing the skills and abilities of public sector leaders and managers responsible for challenging strategic policy development and change initiatives. A series of intensive programs in strategic thinking, strategic planning, and strategic implementation in line with global best practices in public policymaking were designed to achieve this goal.
