The delegation, headed by Professor Apollonia Kerenge and Stellar Mwanri from ESAMI, was received by senior DSG officials including HE Tariq Hilal Lootah, Executive President of DSG, and Dr. BassemYounes, Director of Academic Affairs.

The 15-member ESAMI team includes Monicah Wangui Thirima and John Rao Nyaoro from Kenya; Tiza Mwaka Nkumbula, Colonel Paul Chupa, Hellen Tembo, Jane Phiri and Chanda Mwila from Zambia; Dr. Ray Ndhukula, Pfungwa Kunaka, Judith Madzorera, Makeletso Namasasu, Ignatius Mvere and Fidelis Ngorora from Zimbabwe, as well as Rosina Tonata Naukushu, Marilyn Iren, Vekondoroka Katjitundu and Nicodemus Mingelius from Namibia.

The visit came as part of a program organized by ESAMI to develop leadership skills that will eventually improve performance management in the delivery of public services by various governments. The discussions additionally examined results-oriented approaches in leadership given the current challenges government heads face in the dissemination of public services.
