MBRSG to Deliver Holistic Training Program to Second Level Leaders of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority
In light of the vision of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai and in line with UAE 2021 trends to promote the importance of the role of leadership in achieving excellence and best government practices designed to provide the best services to the public, The Dubai Civil Aviation Authority (DCAA) and Mohammad Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) announced today signing an agreement to deliver a comprehensive training program that would prepare the aviation company’s team to take on the responsibilities of leaders in the near future through enhancing their managerial and executive skills.
The agreement signed by Dr. Ali Sebaa Al Marri, Executive President, Mohammad Bin Rashid School of Government, and H.E.Mohammed A. Ahli, Director General of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, comes in line with Dubai Civil Aviation Authority’s continuous efforts to support its employees and offer them training tools that develop their skills.
The program modules will cover a number of critical topics such as leadership, governance, strategic planning, risk and crises management, quality assurance and organizational excellence. Additionally, the program will allow participants seamless access to the seminars and lectures hosted by MBRSG.
“Training is a fundamental component for capacity building and skill sharpening for our employees. Leadership programs are initiatives that enhance the role staff members play. Continuous on- job training is critical to the development of their performance and it is a social responsibility at the same time”, said His Excellency Mohammed Abdullah Ahli, Director General, The Dubai Civil Aviation Authority.
