Mhamed Biygautane Awarded “Assessor for Government Excellence Award Program” Certificate
Mhamed Biygautane, Public Management Researcher, was awarded the “Assessor for Government Excellence Award Program” certificate after taking part in a one week intensive training program at Dubai’s Executive Council. This training has paved the way for Mhamed Biygautane to join the team of assessors in charge of evaluating various Dubai government entities’ applications for the prestigious annual award.
Government entities are evaluated based on their implementation of international best practices in effective and efficient services to the public. The methodology of Results, Approach, Deploy, Assess and Refine (RADAR) is utilized to assess the level of innovation exhibited by government entities in the provision of cost effective services to its customers. This new achievement allows Biygautane to further apply the theoretical background he gained in Public Management to the context of Dubai and the UAE.
