First Emirati female to receive a PhD in e-services, she completed her doctoral studies at the South Queensland University, Australia, where she focused her research on a dynamic and innovative theme: the factors that impact the acceptance of e-services among the UAE GDRFA customers. The model she designed and tested in her study constituted a quality added value to knowledge, as it expanded on the globally renowned Technology Acceptance Model. She introduced some new variations to the latter and tested them in her thesis.  

At present, Sara heads the studies and research division at the GDRFA in Dubai and is Deputy Director of performance efficiency and project follow up, She oversees, follows up and coordinates with various divisions to overcome challenges. She graduated from the MBRSG Arab Leadership and Government Excellence Program. She’s also a training advisor to the International Institute of Management and Technical Studies where she trains higher education students and helps them in their choice of specialization. She’s an academic supervisor to PhD students at the University of South Australia.

She attended and participated in several seminars and conferences in the UAE and abroad. Received several appreciation awards from different entities.
