MBRSG and Dubai Culture & Arts Authority Sign Training Agreement
Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government (MBRSG) is set to provide continued learning on leadership skills to 50 executive as well as mid-tier staff members of Dubai Culture & Arts Authority.
An agreement confirming the partnership was signed by His Excellency Dr. Ali Sebaa Al-Marri, Executive President of MBRSG and His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Naboodah, Acting Director General of the Dubai Culture & Arts Authority.
Speaking on the agreement, His Excellency Dr Ali Sebaa Al-Marri said: "At MBRSG, it is our continuous endeavor to train and empower national competencies across various administrative levels. Through this agreement that marks our ongoing synergy with Dubai Culture, we look forward to identifying and addressing emerging challenges in strategic planning and development of key leadership skills.”
He added: "We are keen to ensure that the training courses include modules focused on creativity, innovation and smart management. The courses aim to prepare senior and middle management executives to face future challenges and opportunities and enable them to make the right decisions as officials in the government sector.”
His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Naboodah said: “This agreement comes as a continuation of our strategic partnership with MBRSG to help us develop our human capital. The training programs are based on the behavioral and leadership standards approved by the Dubai government’s human resources department.”
He added: “Culture is one of the most important pillars of our government’s vision towards advancing our country and people.
