Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government and Dubai Municipality have signed a cooperation agreement for the development and training of young future leaders in the municipality. The "Leaders of Tomorrow" aim at the development of employee leadership skills of and performance level through education and ongoing training. The program targeted UAE nationals at Dubai Municipality who have high qualifications, hold key positions and have high performance.
